  • May 2nd, run SCuM3C with OpenWSN to communicate with OpenMote-B at 2.4GHz, SCuM3C is pingable from computer!
  • April 29th, present “OpenTestBed: Poor Man’s IoT Testbed ” at 2019 IEEE INFOCOM CNERT workshop 2019, Paris.
  • April 8th, draft-ietf-6tisch-msf-03 is released
  • March 23rd – 29th, IETF 104 Meeting at Prague, Czechia
    • present draft-ietf-6tisch-msf-03 at 6TiSCH WG meeting
    • attend IETF 104 hackthon to show a 40 nodes network over OpenTestbed with OpenWSN 6TiSCH implementation.
  • March 15th, OpenWSN REL-1.24.0 is released.

  • Dec 24th, final EWSN 2019 competition firmware is submitted (Oct-Dec)
  • Sept 30th, attend the final F-Interop plenary at Sophia Antipolis, France.
  • Sept 24th, OpenTestbed REL-1.1.0 is released. It’s able to communicate with OpenWSN.
  • Aug 23rd, articl “Constructive Interference in 802.15.4: A Tutorial” is accepted by IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials (IF: 20.23 (2017))
  • July 29th – Aug 14th, visit USC to collaborate on Testbed, visit UC Berkeley to port OpenWSN on SCuM3B.
  • June 26th-27th, technique support for ETSI 6TiSCH plugtest at Inria, Paris, France.
  • June 8th, attend DDIoT conference to present OpenTestbed at Podgorica, Montenegro.
  • May 28th, the F-Interop platform 6TiSCH testing tool is available online.
  • May 3rd-5th, attend F-Interop Plenary meeting at Geneva, Switzerland.
  • April 26th, the first version of 6TiSCH Test Description is published.

2017

  • Dec 25th – Jan 4th, Winter Break 1
  • Dec 15th, PhD defends passed!
  • Dec 1st, Xon/xoff feature is implemented in OpenWSN project, resulting 0% transmission  loss on serial port.
  • Nov 30th, port OpenWSN stack to RIOT on Nucleo-103 board, tested with two Nucleo-103 board forming a network.
  • Nov 25th, debugg SCuM2 and report bugs to the Berkeley design team
  • Nov 11th- 17th, remotely attend IETF 100 Singapore meeting to present draft-ietf-chang-msf-02
  • Sep 18th, successfully run OpenWSN over IoT-Lab Saclay site testbed with 87 nodes, with DAOs of all nodes collected within 20 minutes.
  • August 16th, successfully run OpenWSN over IoT-Lab Saclay site testbed with 40 nodes.
  • July 14th – 15th, being technique support  during the 1st F-Interop 6TiSCH Interoperability Event co-hosted with IETF 99 Prague meeting.
  • June 4th, article “CCR: Cost-Aware Cell Relocation in 6TiSCH Networks” is accepted by Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies.
  • Feb 17th – 22th, attend the EWSN 2017 competition at Uppsala, Sweden.
